POPCORN SALAD
2 cans chopped water chestnuts (drained)
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped green onions
½ pound (turkey) bacon, fried until crisp
5.4 oz. Indiana Gourmet Sea Salt popcorn
DRESSING
2 cups mayonnaise
2/3 cups sugar
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Mix dressing into popcorn just before serving. Actually, it doesn’t get soggy, even after several hours.
