4 C. diced fresh pie pumpkin
4C. peeled and diced apples
½ C. pure maple syrup
1 C. Bob’s Red Mill GF oats
1 C. brown sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. salt
½ C. butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9 x 13 baking dish and fill it with the pumpkin and apples. Pour the maple syrup over the top. Combine the oats, sugar, spices, and salt. Cut the butter into the oat mixture with a pastry cutter. Sprinkle over the pumpkin and apples. Bake for 40 minutes or until pumpkin is tender with a fork.
