Gluten-Free Garbanzo Bean Flour Bread
1 C. Bob's Red Mill Garbanzo Bean Flour
1 C. water
1/3 C. olive oil
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. honey

Mix up all the ingredients together. If it appears too watery or oily, add a tablespoon of flour. Leave a little oil aside to grease two 8-inch loaf pans. Pour mixture evenly into both loaf pans. Bake at 440°F for 10 minutes. Adjust time if you wish for more or less moistness. Let cool. Cut into brownie sized squares.

Great served with peanut butter, jelly, honey and more. Makes 2 loaves (8 slices each).
