Gluten-Free Berry Brownie Pizza
1 pkg. Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Brownie Mix
1/3 C. chopped unblanched almonds
1 tsp. almond extract
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 C. Truwhip whipped topping
Mixed berries

Prepare brownie batter according to package directions, adding almonds and almond extract. Spread into a greased 14-inch pizza pan. Bake at 375°for 15-18 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool on rack. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract and lemon peel until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust to within ½ inch of edges. Top with berries. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
