Grilled Brats and Shrimp Skewers:
32 small shrimp
1/4 C. butter
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper
4-8 hot dog buns
In a small sauce pan melt the butter with the paprika and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Divide shrimp among 4 skewers. Place on plate and brush with the butter mixture. Heat grill. Place brats on grill, cooking through. Place shrimp skewers on grill, basting often with butter until pink and cooked through. Serve with assorted condiments, mixed greens and side salads.
Mixed Greens Salad:
3 C. mixed field greens
1 large tomato, cut in wedges
4 radishes, scrubbed and sliced
Annie’s Natural Dressing
In a serving bowl toss together the greens, tomato and radishes. Serve the dressing on the side.
