Diversity of quality products is the mark of excellence from the Grocery Department which encompasses bulk, dairy, refrigerated, frozen, packaged grocery, general merchandise and pet care products. This department's diversity addresses all healthy lifestyles and dietary needs of our shoppers. We focus on buying from local producers and do our part to provide foods that are free of GMOs, hormones, herbicides and pesticides. Our greatest achievement in the Grocery Department has been our responsiveness to changing health needs of our community such as supplying the largest selection of gluten-free products and building our selection of low-carb foods.

We stock our meat counter daily with local 100% grass fed beef from Thousand Hills Cattle Company. We also stock nitrite and nitrate-free choices of bacon, sausages and lunchmeats. For a difference you can taste, the Meat & Seafood Market at Valley Natural Foods provides great service, too, welcoming orders for special cuts. Since we cut and grind on-site you can always ask for a smaller or larger package for your family's needs.

We carry a large selection of herbs, supplements, homeopathics, aromatherapy, make-up, skin-care, personal body care, yoga supplies and books. For your health research, we offer in-store access to Health Notes and a full library of books and videos. Our trained staff takes pride in giving personal attention to every customer.
