Looking for dynamic food education? Want time saving tips on meal preparation? Seeking help with special dietary concerns such as cooking gluten-free? Then we invite you to our free in-store tasting experiences. More than a food demonstration or sampling, our tasting experiences are led by food experts who understand how to prepare fresh foods, go easy on your budget and keep it all healthy and tasty. If you want expert advice on eating and cooking gluten-free, be sure to stop by on Gluten-Free day every third Thursday of the month from 3-6 p.m.
Between September and April we offer classes on topics ranging from cooking to healthy living. Class size is limited and requires a fee and pre-registration. Member-owners receive a discount on classes at Valley Natural Foods. Call customer service to sign up for a class when available. If you are a community practitioner or instructor interested in presenting a class you will need to submit a Presentation Consideration form to info@valleynaturalfoods.com or fax to 952-891-1286.
