- Annual patronage refund based on purchases (keep mailing address current)
- Check writing for $20 over amount of purchase
- Annual voting privilege (for Board of Directors and recipient of the Valley Natural Foods Co-op Community Fund)
- Participation in member events such as Annual Membership Meeting (October) and Member Appreciation Day (February)

When you make a healthy investment in Valley Natural Foods, you will see a return every time you use your monthly discount. A 5% discount one-time each month on a:
- $10 purchase yields 6% per year
- $20 purchase yields 12% per year
- $30 purchase yields 18% per year
- $40 purchase yields 24% per year
This chart reflects only one monthly purchase. Member-owners also receive additional discounts of 15-30% on "Member-Only" specials each month and receive discounts on most case orders.

- $20 down and $10 per month for nine months (initial payment includes non-refundable bookkeeping fee of $10)
