Chinese Cabbage, Red Russian Kale, Vates, Dwarf Blue Curled Kale, Early Purple Vienna, Kohlrabi, Early White Vienna Kohlrabi, Red Giant Mustard and Green Wave Mustard.

    Microgreens are not sprouts. Why is this important? Anyone growing and selling sprouts without FDA oversight will be shut down. There have been 11 recalls/alerts for sprouts in the past year due to dangerous bacteria that cause food poisoning. Microgreens are grown in a completly different way (if they are of any decent quality) than sprouts.

    Please do not describe microgreens as sprouts. Thank you.
