Arctic explorer, environmental educator and local hero, Will Steger, is pairing up with environmental activist and author Bill McKidden as an unstoppable educational team. They will lead the 4^th Annual Summer Institute for Climate Change, held by the Will Steger Foundation.

The Summer Institute is a chance for people to learn more about the need for climate change solutions, and ways we can reach that solution. To attend or learn more about the inspiring work of the Will Steger Foundation, visit www.willstegerfoundation.org.

Valley Natural Foods has been supporting the Summer Institute since 2007 with food donations. To thank the co-op the Will Steger and other teachers from the Summer Institute signed an expedition photograph and gave it to us as a gift. We will hang it in the eating area of the store, so be sure to stop by to view it.
