5210 Winner of MN Zoo Membership
Victoria E. is our 5210 winner of the family membership to the MN Zoo. This Hugo, MN resident took the 5210 challenge. She got to try mangos for the first time when mangos were offered as the Fruit of the Week to our participants. They were not her favorite, but she loves fruit. Victoria’s mom liked the positive reinforcement for reducing screen time and encouraging activity. A family membership to the MN Zoo will continue that positive reinforcement. As kids return to school, remember the 5210 daily healthy habits:
eat 5 fruits & vegetables a day
limit 2 hours of screen time a day
get 1 hour or exercise
drink 0 sugary drinks
