Locally grown apples are abundant starting in September. Here at Valley Natural Foods, we’re celebrating local bounty by featuring apples as part of the taste experience at our demo kiosk.

We kick off apple season on Saturday, September 5, 12:00-3:00 p.m. with our demo, “Juicing the Awesome Apple.”

On Thursday the 10th, 3:00-6:00 p.m., stop by to taste a recipe using raw apples as the main ingredient. Hint: the demo team may be featuring “Raw Apple Pie” for a healthy taste experience.

Gluten-Free Day takes place on Thursday, September 17, 3:00-6:00 p.m. with gluten-free apple recipe samples available for tasting.

And Finally, Saturday, September 19, 12:00-3:00 p.m., we will celebrate the local bounty with a tasting of several of our available local apple varieties.
