Amablu, the makers of premium St. Pete’s Select blue cheese, is currently producing a Blues & Brews Seasonal Series variety called “Summertime Blues.” Summertime Blues is the result of St. Pete’s Select blue cheese soaked in Summit Brewing Company’s Scandia Ale.  What’s more, both companies are local producers; St. Petes Select is produced in Fairbault and Summit Brewing Company is located in St. Paul.
