Made on-site by Produce Prep Lead Cindy Byers with simple, organic ingredients like Wisconsin-grown tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, cilantro, lime juice and sea salt you can’t really get much fresher than that. The recipe itself was conceived over eight years ago by another Valley Natural Employee, Produce Manager Kim Dvorak and has continued to leave customers wanting more—so much so the produce department can go through up to 70 pounds a day of the stuff in summertime!
