Local Polish Sausage from Down in the Valley
If you love Polish sausage, you’re in for a treat! We think our very own Down in the Valley brand is the best Polish sausage ever! We start with naturally raised, delicious local pork from Hidden Stream Farm, Elgin Minnesota. The meat is processed with the perfect blend of seasonings and then smoked to perfection. These nitrate and phosphate-free sausages are fully cooked – all you need to do is skillet-fry until heated through, or place them on the grill for a few minutes on each side. Serve with sauerkraut (we think Bubbies brand is a good choice) or slice them up and stir-fry with strips of bell pepper and onions.
