Organic sweet corn happens to be the staff pick of the week because some of us like it early (perhaps all of us do)!
Though it’s too soon for local sweet corn to hit the produce shelves here in Minnesota, some of us want to have it right now. So while we anticipate the mid-July arrival of local organic sweet corn from Gardens of Eagan, we can certainly enjoy what our friends from the south have to offer for the time being.
